Yoku Ono Ramen + Sake★★☆

6a Anchor Place Prahran VIC 3181 Australia  Yoku Ono is a little ramen joint tucked away in an alleyway off Chapel Street. The dining space is small but very cosy and intimate. Perfect for a date night out. Food options are a bit limited and prices are higher than the usual. The ramen was average. Probably wouldn't go back. Reservations recommended. Yoku Ono Ramen with Pork Belly $18.50 Pork belly was soft and tender but besides from that very average ramen. A bit too oily for my liking too ★★☆ Tan Tan Sesame Ramen with Spicy Pork Mince $19.50 So much tahini style paste in this one. Made the soup really thick creamy. 206 Victoria Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia Phuoc Thanh is a little bakery on Victoria Street that specialises in Vietnamese bread rolls. Prices are reasonable and there is an assortment of varieties to choose from. Love the amazingly crispy bread. Would recommend! Pork Salad Roll $5.50 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The best bread roll ever! So light and yet so crispy. The atmosphere here is perfect for some intimate dining or the function room upstairs is ideal for bigger groups. Food is decent and worth trying out! Huntsmen's Menu $48 pp Complimentary Bread and Olive Oil Nice and fluffy flat bread ★★★ Crispy Chicken Wings with mild chilli vinigar glaze Nice and crispy with a flavourful coating ★★★★ Venison Meatballs in Tomato Sugo with Grilled Flatbread Generous with the sugo, but the meatballs were average ★★★ (to share) Beef Sirloin Skewer with Pepper Steak Rub, Chicken Thigh Skewer with Lemon Myrtle Rub, Crispy Pork Belly with Chili/Salsa Verde, Roasted Pumpkin with Onion, Zucchini and Miso Butter Meats were well cooked but some where a bit on the dry side. Central West Shopping Centre Shop 23, 65-67 Ashley Street Braybrook VIC 3019 Australia Braybrook STN is a part of the STN cafe group, opening up stores all over Melbourne. The cafe itself is beautiful and modern with simple yet clean decor. Lots of the usual suspects on the brunch menu and flavours are good. Would recommend Soy Cappuccino $ Decent coffee at the start, but half way through it just became a clump of foam. Somehow the froth just solidified. ★★ Peanutella and Toasted Marshmallow $4.50 A must try for any peanut or nutella lovers out there. So creamy and comforting for a winters morning ★★★★ Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks $21 with Rosemary Hash, Spiced Cabbage, Apple Slaw, Poached Eggs and Bearnaise MOST POPULAR! The beef cheeks were super tender and flavourful! Would recommend trying out Mini Black Sesame Ball and Matcha Ball Milk Tea  Love the chewy chewy goodness of the mini matcha and black sesame balls! The cafe is clean and tidy, even with charging stations and wifi available for its customers. 2/49 Brunswick Street (entrance on Gertrude Street) Fitzroy VIC 3065 Australia Breizoz definitely is a place with an authentic french feel. Most customers are speaking francais as well as the servers which really give it a nice vibe. Lots of sweet and savoury items to choose from. Would recommend trying out! Iced Cafe $8 A bit pricy for an iced coffee, but they did tell me they use coffee flavoured ice cream in it which is a plus ★★★ Fraises $16 Fresh Strawberries served with Creme Chantilly, Chocolate and Flaked Almonds Decent crepes with a good amount of creme and chocolate. ★★★ Banane, Beurre Caramel et creme $14 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A delicious caramel, banana and creme combination.
