Generous sized prawns, but the smokey flavour was a bit too much for my liking ★★★

Generous amount of parfait served. Great to pair with the lavosh ★★★★

Rainbow Trout (market fish) with Confit Shallots, Fried Seymour Greens $MP
Perfectly cooked and delicious with just simple seasoning. ★★★★

Scotch Fillet, Native Pepperberry, Roasted Garlic $39
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Sliced and designed for sharing. The scotch fillet was tender and full of flavour. Perfectly cooked to medium rare ★★★★

A bit odd having it served warm, but still very yummy ★★★

Manchego Corn Cake with Polenta, Manchego Cheese, Coriander Crumble, Raspberry Coulis and Earl Grey Foam paired with Mango & Raspberry Haagen Dazs ice cream $16
An innovative dessert. Loved the soft and fluffy corn cake! Ice cream was delicious but a bit odd when paired with the manchego cheese. ★★★☆

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Box Hill Central 1 Main Street Boxhill VIC 3128 Australia Top Tea is a newly opened beverage shop at Box Hill Central. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
