Collective Espresso is a little cafe hidden in one of the side streets in Camberwell. It's right opposite the train station which is super convenient! The place itself is small and cosy with plenty of seating out front. Love the creamy delicious coffees here which go perfect with all their brunch options.

Crumbed Crab Croquette, Italian Sausage, Wilted Spinach, Poached Eggs and Hollandaise

The croquettes were a bit disappointing, didn’t taste much crab at all. Great eggs and sausage though! Love how generous they are with the spinach!

It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
