Baba Sus ★★★★

Baba Sus has always been one of my favourite places for brunch and our recent visit didn't change that. Love the beautiful drinks and delicious Asian-influenced meals. Its the perfect place to go when you want to try new foods, but still have the comfort of the flavours from home.

Beer Battered Chips with Kaffir Lime Salt, Sriracha Aioli $9
Best chips I've had for awhile!! So super crispy and flavoured so well that the sauce isn't even necessary. But of course, Sriracha Aioli just takes everything to that next level. ★★★★☆

Inside Out $19.50 Gyoza Scotch Egg, Barbeque Sauce, Mayo, Smashed Peas, Mushrooms, Pickled Cabbage, Shichimi Chilli, Toast
Perfect scotch egg with a nice gooey yolk! loved the smashed peas and mushrooms. The bread was a bit dry to go with this dish, would be better if there was some more sauce. ★★☆

Hambagu $18.50 Japanese Style Hamburger Stew, Potatoes, Winter Vegetables, Cheddar Cheese, Poached Egg and served with Toast
MOST RECOMMENDED
An amazing comfort/cheat meal. The stew was basically bits of tender patty in a delicious tomatoey sauce and covered with cheese. Loved it! Great with the toast and would recommend! ★★★★☆
Hong Kong Egg Waffles $15 Vanilla Custard, Berry Compote, Green Tea Ice cream, Pistachio Praline
MOST POPULAR
Not usually a dessert for breakfast type of person, but can never go past these waffles. Just the perfect balance of sweet and creamy without being too overwhelming. Would recommend! ★★★★
