The Cape Kitchen is the best place for brunch in the Phillip Island region. The staff are super friendly and food is decent. The most unique aspect of this restaurant is that it is located right on the shore, so you dine with a view of the ocean. Worth visiting!

Asked the Banana Bread to be toasted, which made it so much better. The bread was nice and moist. ★★★

Flavour was decent, but dish was too small. Not very satisfying★★★

Field Mushrooms, Heirloom Beetroot Relish, Candied Walnuts, Brioche, Poached Eggs $21 (+Avocado +$5)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Generous sized dish. The beetroot relish went well with all the other aspects of the dish. The walnuts were an unusual but delicious addition to the dish. ★★★★

House Cured Ocean Trout and mixed grains salad bowl, Quinoa, Faro, Wild Rice, Pearl Barley, Roquette Leaves & House Dressing $21
A very healthy and refreshing dish. Looks quite small, but surprisingly filling. ★★★☆

Best dish of the lot! Loved the hash and the generous amounts of pork. Perfectly poached eggs too. ★★★★

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Would recommend trying out the veal spaghetti!  Diamond Clams, Chili and Garlic Spaghetti $24  Serving size was a bit small and could've had a bit more flavour. Box Hill Central 1 Main Street Boxhill VIC 3128 Australia Top Tea is a newly opened beverage shop at Box Hill Central. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
