Sapa Hills in Footscray serves up a great fusion of Vietnamese and Thai inspired cuisine. They have all the essential vietnamese pho and bun dishes as well as a couple of fancier options. The restaurant is small but cosy. Would recommend trying out!

Grilled Beef in Betel Leaf with Fried Shallot, Mint and Peanut $13
Great grilled flavour for the beef. A bit pricey but a yummy dish! ★★★☆

Crispy Pork Belly, Eggplant Salad and Ground Roasted Rice $20
A very average dish. The pork belly was very dry. ★

Stir Fry of Pan Seared Scallops with Egg Noodle, Crab Sauce and Burnt Chilli $26

My favourite dish of the night! Loved the generous crab sauce and amount of scallops. Would definitely recommend! ★★★★☆

Red Duck Curry with Lychees $22
Delicious curry that was perfect with rice. The duck was super tender and easy to eat too. ★★★★

Serving up an extensive range of Chinese/Cantonese dishes, it's a great place for bigger groups (more dishes to share). Flavours are awesome and prices are very reasonable.  Would be back for this!  Wintermelon Soup Delicious and comforting! So very generous with all the fillings and seafood pieces. Would recommend!  ★★★★☆ Roast Duck Nice crispy skin on top and decent flavour!  ★★★☆ Snow Crab (market value) MOST POPULAR ! Crab cooked with fois gras which gives it awesome flavour! Great thing about this dish is that it's a lot saucier than other versions which is great because it means the noodles get extra flavour! ★★★★ Japanese Soft Tofu HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! This dish was perfect with some rice. Super soft and silky tofu that just melts in your mouth!
