Rosemary Hash, Spiced Cabbage, Apple Slaw, Poachies and Bearnaise  

Perfect poached eggs with the softest beef cheeks I've ever had! Great sauce as well but the harsh was a bit too chewy for my liking. Would've been better if it was just crispy.

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
