Portuguese Style Marinated Chicken Tenderloin, Monterey Jack Cheese, Grilled Pineapple, Bacon, Baby Cos & Sambal Chilli Aioli, French Fries (+ 1/4 Avocado)

Being a fan of pineapple in a burger, this one really hit the spot. Would've liked a bit more of the sambal chili aioli though!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Perfectly poached eggs coated in a delicious hollandaise sauce. The rosti was a better base than bread, nice and crispy!

Generous amount of chili and egg on this one. Nice and creamy, would've liked more pecorino to make it more cheesy though.

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Would recommend trying out the veal spaghetti!  Diamond Clams, Chili and Garlic Spaghetti $24  Serving size was a bit small and could've had a bit more flavour. Good for those after a light pasta  ★★★ Veal Pork Ragu Spaghetti $24  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Delicious ragu sauce that generously coated all the spaghetti. The veal was tender and juicy. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
