Lasang Pinoy is a hidden Filipino restaurant in St Albans. The restaurant is simple but can cater for all groups. Limited menu options and dishes are pricey. Flavours are decent, but probably wouldn't come back.



Sisig $30

Served up on a sizzling plate, the sisig was great to eat while hot. ★★★

Chicken Adobo $15

A total of 4 chicken wings. Not value at all ☆

Kare Kare $15

Served up lukewarm. Very pricey for what you get. ☆

Halo Halo $15

A big dessert but at a price. Very sweet. ★★★

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Would recommend trying out the veal spaghetti!  Diamond Clams, Chili and Garlic Spaghetti $24  Serving size was a bit small and could've had a bit more flavour. Good for those after a light pasta  ★★★ Veal Pork Ragu Spaghetti $24  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Delicious ragu sauce that generously coated all the spaghetti. The veal was tender and juicy. Would recommend!  ★★★★ Mr John Pizza $16 with Tomato, Mozzarella, Pesto and Hot Salame MOST POPULAR! The pizza was spicier than I expected but the combination of mozzarella and pesto was delicious. The crust could've been a bit chewier in my opinion. ★★★☆

Box Hill Central 1 Main Street Boxhill VIC 3128 Australia Top Tea is a newly opened beverage shop at Box Hill Central. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
