Mister Nguyen is a vibrant and cheerful Vietnamese eatery located in Rosanna. Food here is a delicious fusion of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. Lots of options to choose from ranging from the basic rice paper rolls to the more extravagant turmeric barramundi (a must try) so it can cater for all tastes. We had a delicious feast here and would recommend!


Green Tea Mojito $16 with Green Tea, White Rum, Fresh Mint and Cucumber, Lime, Simple Syrup and dash of Soda
Sweet and refreshing! Most generous with the mint leaves! ★★★

Cucumber Cosmopolitan $16 with Cucumber Juice, Watermelon Juice, Vodka, Contreau and Lime
Not the prettiest cocktail, but does have a great fruity flavour from the watermelon. ★★★☆

Rice Paper Rolls (2 pcs) with Pan Fried Beef with Crispy Shallots and Peanut Hoisin $8.50
Decent rice paper rolls with generous amount of beef. Love the peanut hoisin sauce!★★★☆

Salt and Pepper Squid with Spring Onion, Red Capsicum and a hint of Garlic $11.50
Lightly battered and perfectly crispy. Great hint of spicy garlicky flavor too. ★★★☆

Soft Shell Crab Steamed Bao (2 pcs) $11.50
Super soft bao with a giant soft shell crab. Great flavor! ★★★★

Chicken Spring Rolls (2 pcs) with Sriracha Mayo $8
Well presented and delicious with the sriracha mayo. ★★★☆

Beef Noodle Soup $12.50
A bit pricier than the usual, but a delicious and flavoursome broth! The beef is probably the most tender I've had in pho. Would recommend! ★★★★

Five Spiced Pork marinate with Honey and Hoisin Vermicelli Salad $12.50
A refreshing salad type dish perfect for summer! The pork was tender and had a lot of flavour. Love having the fish sauce with vermicelli. ★★★☆

Hanoi Style Fried Barramundi with Tumeric $28.50
A beautifully presented dish with a massive piece of barramundi! The turmeric curry sauce was delicious and went well with the fish ★★★★

 Grilled Duck with Asian Marinade served of a bed of Bean Sprouts and Pickled Carrot $35.50

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Super tender duck leg that was flavoured so thoroughly with a sweet soy sauce. Would recommend! ★★★★
 Mekong Delta Cake with Avocado Custard $8
A more traditional dessert dish that isn't very sweet, but can still satisfy. The cake is quite dense but very smooth and creamy in texture ★★★☆

 Banana, Tapioca Pearl Pudding with Coconut Yoghurt and Cinnamon Crumble $8
A more typical south eastern dessert with pearls and coconut flavor. Reminds me of a breakfast granola/yoghurt type dish. Fun to eat. ★★★☆

Serving up an extensive range of Chinese/Cantonese dishes, it's a great place for bigger groups (more dishes to share). Flavours are awesome and prices are very reasonable.  Would be back for this!  Wintermelon Soup Delicious and comforting! So very generous with all the fillings and seafood pieces. Would recommend!  ★★★★☆ Roast Duck Nice crispy skin on top and decent flavour!  ★★★☆ Snow Crab (market value) MOST POPULAR ! Crab cooked with fois gras which gives it awesome flavour!
