Hiatus is a beautiful cafe serving up some of the best brunch dishes I've had. The interiors are warm and welcoming with simple decor. Coffees are smooth and food is delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the creaminess of this dish. The gnocchi and mushrooms just went so well together. ★★★★

with Spiced Tomato Ragu, White Beans, Chorizo, Pangrattato, Fried Egg and Sourdough
Definitely a winter comfort style of dish. The ragu is hearty with generous amounts of meat and beans. The sourdough is delicious with butter. ★★★☆

Braised Beef Cheek $21
with Paris Mash, Winter Vegetables, Spinach, PX Jus and Micro Celery

Best braised beef cheek I've had in a long time. So tender and easy to eat. That PX Jus just takes it to another level. Love the creamy and buttery potato mash too. ★★★★☆

19 Lincoln Square  Carlton VIC 3053 Australia Kaprica is a little Italian eatery in Carlton that may be hard to find as it doesn't really have any visible signage. It really is a destination restaurant. The place itself is on the smaller side and can get busy during mealtimes. The menu is limited, but can cater to most tastes. Box Hill Central 1 Main Street Boxhill VIC 3128 Australia Top Tea is a newly opened beverage shop at Box Hill Central. Located right opposite the entrance to Box Hill train station, its super convenient to get a drink for the trip home. Drinks are very expensive but taste pretty good. Would recommend trying out! Dragon Fruit Cheese Tea (seasonal) $7.90 + Pearls (+0.60c) MOST POPULAR! Super expensive!
